Yup I can second that Wannado/Orange ok ..steer clear of AoL and BT

AoL tend to get adverts all over you, and BT tend to chuck you out every 2 hours.Tiscali Is very good too my Mothers house is on that and no probs at all.Wanadoo and Tiscali are very quick to react and get you online too.

    apparently,Jock...

Its £17:99 now but when they open up thier own network its to be a straight £10, not sure about sizes or download allowance... I personally need 2m and unlimited.

    The best one is Zen

But its not cheap. Probably no point paying the extra they charge if you dont mind the occasional drop out etc.

I know quite a few on plusnet who are very happy, and we signed up to virgin at my mother in laws and that seems to do everything it should at a reasonable price. I wouldnt recommend Tiscali (my current isp) AOL or BT

Oh and dont touch the Carphone warehouse "free" one

with a bargepole. They have more subscribers than they can support at the moment and long waits (whilst paying the phone bills) for connection

    Where to start...

    Their tech support is hopeless
I have been told I cant have more than 512K due to BT limitations at the exchange - this is ****** as my next door neighbour is on a 2meg connection and also I can see from my router my line is running at 2meg
It drops out more than it should
