Stoke want Mark Hughes apparently - according to BBC Sport. I don't get that at all. Why would any Premier League side want him? He's properly failed at his last 3 PL clubs. Yes he did well with Blackburn... but that was years ago! Football clubs keep employing him though so he must have something I suppose.
My thoughts too ... ..I know it's his management skills that are important but he never seems to come across well - always seems dour and miserable to me, does not look like he could motivate people. As you say he must have something, maybe a good agent and a dossier full of compromising photos .....
It's the same with a lot of managers; they get paid a fortune for mediocrity and always seem to have clubs wanting them no matter how many times they fail.
