    How old is he, if he is under 21. He doesn't have to be named in the 25 man squad to play.

    he was on the bench in the cup and that's it. said he's one for the future. makes me wonder why they couldn't loan him back.

    He was on the bench at Manchester United as well. I can't see Moyes loaning him out to anyone. He will want to from now until the end of the season let Stones get used to the much bigger surroundings, his team mates, day to day training, much bigger expectation levels etc. He will be learning from training alongside top quality players so often and he will get used to the Everton way by playing under 21 games for them.

    That is the squad you submit for the season. I think all the subs are named in the matchday squad though.
