Tevez is at the centre of the Sheff Utd-West Ham controversy
</td></tr></tbody></table>An independent arbitration panel has surprisingly thrown out the case brought by Sheffield United.
The Blades believed West Ham should have been docked points after the signings of Javier Mascherano and Carlos Tevez.
The Hammers were fined &pound;5.5m for breaching ownership rules and stayed up on the last day of the season, with Sheffield United relegated instead.
The panel hearing the Blades' case said the main reason for dismissing the case was that they just didn&rsquo;t like Neil Warnock. &ldquo;He whinges too much for my liking&rdquo; said Justice Fotheringham-Smyhte

We felt we had to be seen to be fair to all the other clubs who might have had the misfortune to play Sheffield Utd in the next few years.
