    And I thought we'd go barmy over signing someone from Wednesday or United.

    Available on BBC iplayer and well worth watching. The most right-wing (politically) club in Israel, Beitar Jerusalem, sign 2 Muslim players from Chechnya.

    I watched that a few weeks back. A bit like when Mo Johnston was signed for Rangers.
    Always admire Souness for how he handled that.

    It does demonstrate what a fecked up society Israel is. (I do have many Jewish friends I will add).
    The ruling party uses this club as a launchpad for future leaders.

    Apart from.the glaring obvious divides it also showed what a club owner would do to make a few quid/get one over on the club.
