Strategy..... i take it that has gone out the window?

with all the loans etc.

yet again we are given all the bull pre season about doing it the right way etc.....and yet again the same old thing happens.

isn't it time we collaborated and synergised and got together a beautiful set of people together to form a common bond moving forwards to our ultimate goal of a promotional campaign.

yep folks a load of toss....but I don't come out with it every year expecting people to believe it......thereev is at the stage where he does not believe a word of what comes out of the club cos it's generally utter guff.

Don't worry about the stalwarts that can't find owt else better to do on a Saturday...WE will always turn up.....as for potential new fans...don't hold ya breath....cos the club currently has about as much integrity as Nile Ranger.

Out of interest who do you think the club should have brought in with better ability/potential than pearson, rothwell and crowley with the money we have ?

 

loans loans loans....how many seasons have we been told we don't wanna go down this path and every year we do it again

*no complaints or knowledge really of the players we have brought in just the same old rhetoric we get to then do a u turn again.

Since when was that a lot?

 

We will get off to a roaring start and add full time signings to complement the loanees which will lead us to the lofty heights of League 1 by the end of August!

At least that's thinking positively about how things stand.

That only gets a mention in dispatches just after we have dispersed with yet another manager`s services.

 

That is the crux of the argument Mr Reev.

If they make a statement stating such policies at least stick to it or inform the good folk of Town why the situation has changed.

The one's we have look a decent bunch but that aint no good when they all go back to their clubs in January.

Back to square one springs to mind.

 

We have 5 loans dont we ? 3 central midfielders , 1 striker, 1 keeper. It is a lot when we were not having many and before we have kicked a ball , we have 5 loans !!

 

I have lost count!

 

Can't remember feeling as negative about an upcoming season than this one.

Really hoped after all the talk from the club that we were going to try & build the club long term & develop our own players but it seems that all they're interested in is a quick fix back to the championship relying on loans.

If it fails we're back to square one with probably a new manager & a small squad after the loans have gone back & our own youngsters not getting the games they need

 

I feel strangely optimistic for this season.

Come back and bring me down to earth on Saturday Night.

Loan's aren't ideal, but permanent signings don't guarentee success either. Personally i want the club to try and get the best player's available to them wether on loan or permanent. i know this goes against the grade of knocking the club but hey ho.

 

Lets all get behind em and bring home the points on Satday.
