Will Mr Cryne fund any of those

    in League One?

    I doubt it.

Given that we need four strikers and we've only got one...

    ...three would be nice.

Lisbie is a good shout but has always played in the south. May be reluctant to up sticks now?
It's impossible to speculate until we know which league we are going to be playing next season. I suspect the difference in budgets would be quite large.

Sure I heard an interview with PC over last couple of weeks that stated if the worse did happen he would supply funds to make a quick return.

Nicky Maynard or Sam Vokes are ment to be about the best at our level. Our being Coca Cola Championship which I think you will be in next season.

Sam Vokes linked with Newcastle though.

Simon Church at reading on loan is another player I would be happy with it.

Its not a piss take and far from music to your ears but the Wales Under 21 is stacked with future talent in most posistions right now.

    Joe ledley

No i'm not suggesting we sign him, more wondering whether or not you reckon he meant to put the ball where he did or if it was just a hit it in the direction of the net and hope for the best?

He men't it, a bit like Whittingham vs Boro and JFH vs Wolves all top corner finishes.

Ledley will be gone in the summer as will Ramsey (replaced Mcnaughton) and apparently we turned a bid down last Thursday for someone (must be one of those pre-contract, hush hush things).

We sold Chopra, Gunter and Mcclean this season whilst spent £0 on transfers. £7m in....£0 out. Big wages on JFH, Fowler and Sinclair with the first two being subsidised by sponsors.

    RE: Joe ledley

For once in our lives our Strikers have been backed up by goals from Midfield and Defence this season and for the first time in 6/7 seasons we haven't had a 20+ striker most of us think we would be top if we did have that Striker that we always have.

Ledley is on about 7 now

    Johnson 7

    Parry 10

    Jfh 6 maybe more

    Fowler 2/3

The league in whole has been poor and could of been taken by anybody. West Brom would of walked it if they could defend and Stoke and Bristol are up there with long ball stuff. Bristol have a gd of 0. That says a lot in itself, they have got the results when mattered. Chelsea won the prem a few years ago with a lot of 1-0's.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

Our strikers had a shot on target once. It was a great day for all of us.

Thought it was a bit of Hit and Hope personally but then, most strikes are, especially from our "strikers".

When exactly did this historical occassion occur?

Btw, thought the finish was excellent by the cardiff lad. Great goal.
