    I thought we needed Established / Experienced players?

    Isn't that the immediate requirement (and the crux of Gordon's recent criticism of Andy). Why is Patrick banging on about the Academy?</p>

    Of course, there is very little chance of strengthening the team if we haven't got a manager.</p>

    If I'm being cynical, I could argue that there is no time to spend all that money that is &quot;allegedly&quot; availble.</p>
