    What's happened to the Official Website ? We get loads and loads of news about the Academy, and how the injured players are coming back .....

    WHAT ABOUT THE FIRST TEAM ? HAVE THE MANAGER, COACHES, PLAYERS SIGNED SOME SORT OF MASONIC CHARTER ? NO ONE FROM THE OUTSIDE SHALL KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.

    went down to oakwell yesterday morning with my 5 year old grandson and 11year old grand daughter to watch the squad train, both were wearing their barnsley shirts, all the players acknowledged us as did simon davey who commented how well the kids looked, great everything nice and pleasant until we went and sat just inside the gates on the training pitch we sat on the grass watching the players loosen up and then start jogging round the pitch when suddenly we were asked to leave and go stand on the banking as they were not allowing people to watch for out position. we wasnt doing any harm, we wasnt shouting to the players. just a couple er kids with grandad watching, all 3 of us season ticket holders. bloody brilliant this STRONGER TOGETHER business int it.

    I think it's cos they don't really train, they run round the corner then smoke a few tabs, have a couple of pints and kick lumps out of each other (hence the injury list). If people were to find out the truth there'd be a mutiny.

    I heard its because...

    Simon is convinced that it is giving opposing teams the insight to what the BFC squad will be in the next match.So he stopped it. Not sure how true that is just summat I heard at the Yeovil friendly.
