On saturday Struber must choose the strongest team and play in their best poitions

Halme is our best centre half not defensive midfielder
Kenny Dougal is our best defensive midfielder.
Play 2 upfront with Woodrow being one of them.
Cavare and Anderson need to be dropped due to gifting too many goals away.
If Bahre is playing he needs to be at the attacking point of the diamond or dont play him.
Decide which position Brown is going to play and let him stay there.
Schmidt does not touch the ball when he comes on so something needs to change to help him.

Im not a Struber fan yet.

Didn’t you say Struber was already worse then Morais yesterday? :D:D

With opinions like that forgive him for not taking your advice on board.

I agree with what you say apart from cavare is our best right back, people might not like this but he is and by some distance.
Halme would have played last night but he was out with a head injury anderson wouldnt get in my young ens under 8s side.

Doubt anybody would disagree with you with your opening line, however I reckon the vast majority would all offer differing variations on what that means much like Brexit. Herr Struber as only been here a few days so I don't know what you expect.

Isn't that the point anyway? I doubt he's been deliberately picking mediocre sides.

I don't think he's doing worse or better than Stendel yet (it's hard to form an opinion on just a couple of games). He's simply trying to pick the best side given the players available (with his limited knowledge of those players).

I think struber has come in and played 2 different formations in 2 games, 442 diamond against Blackburn and a 4231 v Middlesborough. Hes played players out of position and some players in different positions in each game. It seems a bit all over the place at present and hasnt given the team much chance in either game through his selection.

A sensible approach would have been to make changes slowly, make us harder to beat until he got to know the players better and they understood what he wanted.

We seem all over the place at the minute thats where my Morais comparison came from and also my early impressions on Struber,

My view is we looked better under Murray but i do hope thay Struber gets it right.

There are staff at the club who do know the players inside out and he should have taken their advice until he settled in. It looks to me like he hasnt and made some strange decisions off his own back. Every game is important and we need points, we cant wait until he realises Halme isnt a midfielder, Woodrow isnt ACM and that Anderson Cavare give a goal away every game, Brown plays his best right wing, Dougal and Mcgeehan make us stronger in the middle and so on.

Id like to see Cavare given a run right side of the diamond to take away his defensive resposibilities that could then help Sibbick at right back, maybe.
