For what it is worth I do believe he is wrong. I also think that he's probably been told this from the top too. We all know from previous experience that a team has a far better chance of staying in this division with players who know this level. Not saying that these lads cannot stay up, but I believe we add a couple of players who have been and done it in this division then I think our chances of staying up increase. They have to fit the criteria mind, we need hard working players who fit our style of play and not the ones who would come for a pay packet.
I’d say we need more than 1 or 2, personally... CB, RB and St for me. Maybe even a hardman midfielder too - not sure about Marcel
You beat me to it !! Probably Strubs has been told what to say, and also told there is no German word for "fluffy" ....... sorry, "experience".
His birthday is 29th February, so in fact he is only 6 years old. More than adequate for our Plan. A paradox, a paradox, a most ingenious paradox....
Chuff me - he hasnt even played for us yet and you arent sure about him By the way anyone remember us signing that guy from Arsenal with Premiership experience Frimpong - before he kicked a ball for us we thought he was a great signing ....
There is still one person in a little hamlet not so far away that still thinks he's great. I miss his input!!!
I do appreciate what you’re saying but those types of players are seemingly beyond our means, hence the plan
Conway has said that from day one.Experience doesn't necessarily mean Championship experience.I think Struber is saying the "system intergration" refers to the type of player he needs to fit in to his style.
.....so gerhard is just a mouthpiece!! for goodness' sake........ ...........or may be he's got a mind of his own, has the strength of character and a way of motivating players and tactically organising them so that they are clear about what's expected. May be he's brought a sense of "yes we can" into the group which just wasn't there before. May be he knows what he wants in the transfer market and the board are supporting him. May be he has a plan for what he wants to achieve with the club and may be he knows how to achieve it. I'm certainly very impressed with the way he's set about the job and how quickly he's managers to turn things around ......with the same set of players. come on Gerhard lad!!!
