Hope he has been given permission to say these things today. Saying that the mistakes made in recent transfer activity mustn't be repeated.
Blimey.... the same old slippery slope starts again !
    Scotland here we come.

I've got to say, the constant description of the team as "boys" did strike me as deliberate. I think he's making a point about the inexperience in our side and sending a message to both us and the board. I think he's telling us not to expect too much but they'll give the best they can. As someone else has said - maximum effort is the minimum expectation from us fans, and when this is lacking, that's when people get upset. Whether it's fair to throw these lads to the lions every week is another matter...

But it's HIS transfer signings who he is now slagging off. Mind boggling

Think we will quickly learn Struber is out of his depth. Again our clamour to get inexperienced managers in is going to bite us again I fear.

Hecky criticised the recruitment. So did Stendel, now Struber is at it. The only one who didn't was Morias and he was stark raving mad.

I think Struber is ****. A yes man, a mouthpiece. He hasn't got a clue about tactics, team selection, player recruitment, man management or anything at all really. Got lucky with Odour and it hid his poor management skills

Could have had Nathan Jones as head coach and signed Josh Scowen and what Struber and Ritzmaier will have cost us would have more than covered it.

It's scary when people who went to Portsmouth and Charlton are saying we've managed to find a worse centre back than Andersen in Sollbauer! What was Struber thinking signing his mate!

Only seen Sollbauer once at Charlton but was shocked how poor he looked. Not sure about standard of the Austrian league.....it must be really poor.

Haven't seen him myself mate so will reserve full judgement for now but the reports I've heard are not good. Looks like the suspended Diaby was the best of a bad bunch.
There's probably 6 competitive games in the Austrian top flight (across an entire season) and the rest is L2 or conference standard, worried that Struber is already saying HIS signings aren't good enough!

Thing is we cant keep switching managers, at some point we need a bit of consistency. I was really hopeful that maybe Tonge might be ready to step up as Stendels protege when he left but that all went pear shaped when Stendel was sacked.
