Sorry to ask one of the above, but what was the story with regards to the old BFC website link to the messageboard, was there a lot of politics behind it's removal??? I never saw it coming and thought the site had completely gone....(chinny)
RE: He means the official one A brief history - The OFFICIAL message board on the OFFICIAL website was shut down due to racist comments and BFC not being able to moderate it. The link from the OFFICIAL BFC website to the old BBS was removed, I believe, at the time of a certain ex-mayor being in charge at the club and some of the comments that were posted on the old BBS. The old BBS was closed down due to some peoples more vociferous comments regarding the activities of one of it's founder members.
