Alan Nixon says his agency contract runs out soon which has sparked a scramble amongst agents for his signature ahead of a possible summer move.
Its not his club contract he is talking about , its his contract with his agent & I am sure he is right , there will be plenty of agents wanting to take him under their wing , they will be smelling the pound notes he could make them ., not sure who he is with now but Brian Howard looks after a lot of players however as I have said he will have no shortage of offers .
I'll be his agent. I might pull some, err... questionable tactics though. A large cupboard comes to mind.
imagine being surrounded by a den of vipers trying to get you on their books. premise of which will probably be who can get them the biggest deal to leave
I think it's more whichever agent he decides will try and get him a big summer move on more cash somewhere else. Then we will see if the board didn't sell star players this season because the market wasn't there with clubs skint or because we are not that club no more. With the sell on we will have got 10 million for Stones. For Styles we should be getting that even before any sell on.
I'm in a minority of one but still not convinced by him yet,yes there is a lot of potential but still a lot to learn and improve on. Some people on here say he is worth £5million plus already, I don't see any club paying that. I think another season in his best position, with us in the Championship will help. Remember he's only just 21, be patient.
Hope he takes everything he can frm em but not frm us anyone watched malcolm in the middle wen dads getting loads for nought frm schools that want him thats wat i mean all kids na get a education plenty of time for him to make a fortune lv the game playing you woulnt get me on a bench for millions wen i could be playing being loved is more important than money some plyers are lucky get both others would make better agents
I’d say there’s around 20 clubs willing to pay that in 10 minutes time. 5 million quid for one of the hottest prospects in this country is an absolute steal.
to be fair to the board they never claimed to not be a selling club. They have said all along that every player has a price. Whether or not they didn't sell last time round isn't up for debate is it? It will always be a purely financial decision. If they think there is more to be made by holding on to players they'll hold onto them. They didn't sell Mowatt in January, because there is potentially more to be made in the future if we go up. Any fee would have been minimal. If we had been mid table he would have gone. I don't have a problem with any of that, that's our model now. so long as the club progresses I'm on board.
Well the answer to that is simple , the board have not sold any of the silverware this season & should be commended but if you are saying that they should never sell a player for profit in the future then I think you are mistaken , there isn"t a club in the world who have not sold a player for profit & I am including all the big boys , every player has a price , its how the club manage the whole transfer business that counts , both buying & selling is a balancing act & thankfully we seem to be improving , lets hope it continues
If he doesn't brake our record for a player sale i give up. I think its still ashley ward to blackburn or could be mawson.
