Had a lot of stick this season but fair play for not bottling that tackle that led to our equaliser.

 

No doubting the lads talent he's shown it before, his application however somewhat questionable looks like his mind is elsewhere at times.

 

I thought he did ok the other night, in either position. Probably one of the better ones for not giving the ball away from what I could see, but not seen the stats. We also looked a better side in the second half because Connell was having a poor game first half. Would prefer Cadden at LWB though, more likely to stay wide and take on a full back, and get some crosses into the box.

 

If anyone's head is all over the place. It's his, Transfer speculation every time there's a window. Position changes. (Note Williams).

 

No idea why he took that free kick on edge of box ahead of Cadden.

 

He had a 10 minute spell in the second half against Carlise where he was pure quality.

Because we have seen him do it is the reason we can also tell when he isn't applying himself fully which is a shame for him and us.

 

We're now praising players for not bottling tackles? Jesus that's his job.

There is a view that questions whether we have seen him do it. Undoubtedly his best games for us were behind closed doors.
He should and could be playing at a higher level. Quality undoubted, he owes us nothing and would (and should) move with our best wishes. Best all round.

 

I don't think application has been his main problem this season.

 

Don’t think he’d be missed if we sold him this window based on what I’ve seen from him this season

 

Can't see any Championship club making a bid based on his performances this season.
If any do I can't see them going anywhere more than £500k absolute max.

 

I think it's obvious now to everyone we ain't going to get 2 million for him.. 5-700k down and a string of add ons and just maybe get there in a few years. Or a plain old January half price sale.. 1 million up front take him, done and move on. Best we can hope for if he/we wants out.

 

When he's on his game he is by some distance the most talented footballer at the Club. But those occasions are all too infrequent. He should be the most dominant footballer in this Division - but then again, our midfield should be overwhelming some very poor opposition. But neither he, nor they, are doing that. Indeed we are one of the Clubs who could too often be called 'very poor opposition! I don't doubt he needs to be away at a better Club.

 

He does though - he owes us his 100% effort, commitment and determination whilst ever he pulls on a red shirt, which to many of us is clear he doesn't give

Lost his way - needs to move on and that move will be critical, either he'll end up in top end Championship or lower end league two, it's up to him.

 

For me he doesn't get in our midfield 3 and cadden is a better lwb.

 

Keep him till the summer and hope he has a good Euros and then sell.
