    He then offers the guy who abused him his hand to shake to diffuse things.
    After beating arguably their biggest rivals he celebrates in front of the guy who abused him.

    Another guy racially abuses someone.
    This is confirmed, he gets a fine and a ban.
    He then refuses to shake hands with the bloke he abused.

    Okay.
