Why does Davey keep picking 3 sub strickers when you've only got 5 subs avalible this seams an odd move to me
More to the point... Why keep putting Christensen on the bench if there's no intention to ever give him a chance?
Think its because we have some fairly versatile players. Like, when Foster went off yesterday, had we needed to make a sub, Togwell could well have covered in a defensive position. Both our centre halfs could easily move along to left back if needed. Bruma also versatile in being able to play both sides by look of it. Both wingers can play both wings. McCann and Togs again to cover centre of park if owt happened to Anderson or Howard and McCann also to go out left. Only stumbling block would be keeper i suppose but one player must be already decided to go in net if owt happened to Muller. So! That means him being able to leave himself open to options to change his front line if needed either entirely or to throw extra men up there. Which he did - but it didnt make a blind bit of difference!!
