Last weight loss post - honest (maybe). I finally got around to weighing myself again for the first time in 3 weeks and I've lost another 6lbs (bringing my total fat loss to 13lbs - (11lbs weight loss) since the beginning of the summer hols). I think having the flu last weekend helped make the amount dropped so large this time around but whatever it was, I've now surpassed my target of 9 stone 7 by 3lbs. Also, I would never dare to admit to my body fat percentage before as it was so bad (29.6%) but I've now got it down to 21% (remember I'm female so mine is supposed to be higher than a man's). Thank you once again to everyone who offered advice on here - especially whoever it was that suggested I use myfitnesspal to track my food consumption. I have done zero cardio as I can't stand it but I have done quite a bit of free weight lifting. I still eat KFCs, pies, burgers and other food that I just couldn't live without but my portion sizes are much more reasonable. I can't stop grinning like a Cheshire cat.
Well done lass! Wish I could summon up such willpower and shift my excess 10kg, but I think I'm stuck with it for life. Congrats!
Well done JD. Not easy to shift the lbs. I'm currently dieting and getting it off slowly, although I'm not weighing myself, just going by what I see in the mirror and my clothes. I once shifted about 3st in about 9 months but have allowed myself to put it back on (not quite all of it).
Thanks Ponty. I wasn't going to weigh myself but I see myself everyday so I just couldn't tell whether I'd made any gains or not. It took the first weigh in to convince myself that it was working.

Congratulations. However, I think I've found the weight you've lost. It has suddenly appeared on the scales when I got weighed the other day
