Suggestion about this new message board.........

    Because at the moment you are hit with a whole sheet of writing and all the threads sort of blend into one another so you dont know where one thread starts and another finishes


    Come on Gally.......make it good..........show us thi computerisationalising skills

    It's not the gaps, it's the font size on the 'thread title' and 'Started By' lines that are almost the same. The 'Started by' line should be much smaller.

    Also, for me, the unread threads no longer show in bold. It did for first day or two, but now all is in plain text.

    i agree, im a techy but its still an eye sore (using flat view btw, daren't try tree view!)

    It has done the same for me. It was showing bold, but no longer. Your other idea would make the forum page look clearer too. Getting used to this new site but it does need a bit of tweaking.

    Gally is the best little tweaker on here...........

    Get thi tweaker out Gally and start tweaking............cos surely tha can make a better job than this

    Another suggestion...

    Instead of having the default subject for replies as "Re: What the OP put", why not have the default subject as blank so that the start of the message body is visible in the threaded view? The "Re: What the OP put" doesn't really serve a purpose. Better to get a taster of what the post will say.

    Good idea?
