Reds striker Marc Richards will move to Vale Park as part of the agreement. The deal is subject to both players agreeing personal terms and completing the formalities of a permanent transfer, including medicals. Constantine started his professional career with Millwall and had spells with Leyton Orient, Partick Thistle, Brentford, Southend United, Peterborough United and Torquay United before arriving at Vale Park in November 2005. The 28-year-old has netted 30 goals in 67 games for the Valiants.
