    Much tastier than lamb. Shame no one here likes best end of neck of mutton stew. I used to love getting all the meat off the bones when I was young.

    Processed grub has made folk lazy

    funny flavour sweet savoury & perfumed all at once. Used to love the melty spuds in the runny slightly fatty gravy. Getting sticky fingers from the bones :)

    Brown sauce was a must too.

    Even better shoulder of mutton in winter wi yorkshires and onion sauce :)

    I didn't breed, bring up & kill the bloody wether just cooked it!
