Don't forget SYP and what THEY want to happen... or not to happen, so that means that 30% of the away end will be empty together with the north end of the old stand. Oh and probably a fair chunk of the East Stand. In fact, let's close the whole damn lot.
I love midweek games. I can see why some fans don't care for them, if work or travel complicate matters, but a winter's night under the Oakwell floodlights is just brilliant IMHO.
Yeah, it's going to be really good under the lights this one, much better than most Saturday games through the winter!!
This game is now absolutely huge, and I'll be amazed if it isn't a sell out, or as close to it as we are allowed these days!!
I've no doubt Sunderland will sell their allocation of 4,600 or so - I think we'll come very close to selling out the home ends too. Might even make the effort to come up myself on a Tuesday night, which I haven't done for some time
I’ve booked the night off work, self employed contractor so I won’t get paid, so I’ll be short that week. Had to be done though. I missed last night, miss most Tuesdays. But I’m not missing that.
Got mine yesterday, not done a trip over on an evening for a couple of seasons but this game is looking pivotal for automatic promotion
Sadly it’ll be nowhere near a sellout for us. I’d say 13,000 max for us, and then 4,600 for them or whatever max it is these days. Probably be 16,770. Can’t see it going over 17,000 at all.
I heard they're struggling with ticket sales, not sure how true it is mind. Suppose there is a bit to go yet.
