They do that so the fans in the crowd, all 80,000+ of them, have an understanding of what the fouls are being given. Also so the coaches from the sidelines know straight away

The question is though, did he send off three players? He can't have been as bad as half of the idiots we have had to suffer.

That's one of the best things about NFL because the fans and viewers at home get to understand the reasoning for the decisions given. How often at Barnsley matches have you been baffled as to why the ref as done something? Well in NFL it all gets explained to you.

As for the match it was the worst SuperBowl I can probably ever remember seeing. So one sided and full of rookie mistakes. Peyton Manning was terrible and the chance to make history got to him.

Well done lad proving you know **** all about yet another sport.

Do you think that EVERY single superbowl referee thinks they are the star and are all acting like tools trying to get attention? Or do you think that possibly it's their job to do that?

Ps, see the dictionary if you're struggling with the word job

Tell me about. My husband paid an absolute fortune to see the game of his life, but as a Denver fan it was an absolute disaster. Far too many mistakes by them, whereas Seattle were spot-on in everything they did. Manning timed his worst game in years for the Super Bowl. Grrrrrrrrr.

To make things worse, during the game he got a message that our flight home has been cancelled too ( due to poor weather). So we are stuck in NYC for another day. Could be worse, I suppose. Could've been in Detroit.

Yeah I watch Hardcore Pawn on Lifeline channel over here so know how nasty Detroit is. Peyton won't want to get out of bed today after that performance. I think alot expected it could go either way and would be close. I doubt many expected such a one sided thrashing. At least he could enjoy Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
