Some time ago in the 80's when I built my lambretta* that I still have, I had a tool box that I couldn't get into without forceing it because it didn't have a key. Now this guy had a box full of lammy keys, so I sat down one day and tryed nearly every one untill, wey hey, I found one that fit..spot on.

So I called it my lucky key.I always kept the key in the lock so I knew where it was.

This year on St George's Day I went out for a run on the lammy and took the key out and put it in my pocket.

Whats so lucky about that then, you might ask...

Well a couple of days later I noticed that the key wasn't in the lock and wasn't in my pocket, I searched High and ..yes low for it but it was knowhere to be seen, so I gave up all hope of finding it.

Been for my season ticket this morning and decided to change seats, but we were unable to get into the ground to see where we could sit, so we went to the office to see if anyone could let us in.

Whilst in the office one of the staff was trying to get us access, I noticed a key on the desk , a little key that looked very familiar, I asked to examine it and the guy let me.

I said, I think thats my key, he sez, get out, its been there for weeks, I said, It looks like it.

So after we got our st's I went back through with the lock and sure enough the key fit snug into the lock.[IMG]

A lass in the office said that it had been dropped in the box office queue. It must have been when I went for my Walsall tickets, must have pulled it out by accident...

So I reken, the lucky key brought luck to the club for the time they had hold of it, cause nowt but shites happened to me since I lost it, but now its back where it belongs....

what are the chances of that eh? I would have never even seen the key on the desk if I hadn't wanted to change seat or the stand door was open....

Its fate a tell thi ...fate..

Thanks to the person who handed it in [IMG]

*sorry to bore you with this story, but I made mi day[IMG]

Go and take the key back to the club then and leave it there somewhere.

That way, we'll stay up or possibly go up, McPhail and Chopra will shun Cardiff and join us instead and we'll relegate Cardiff and Wednesday while were at it.
