    I assume the poster is referring to the names of the Turkish companies, Arcelik and Koc Holding. Of course, in Turkey these would not sound funny to people. But hence why the shirt will have Beko on it.

    Beko is a Polish firm but is majority-owned by a Turkish white goods concern called Arçelik

    And yes, Arçelik is part of the Koç Holding Company.

    Yes but isn't Beko Polish for

    Piece of **** white goods that will most likely break down after 13 months.</p>

    I used to work for the company who insured them - nightmare.</p>
