We need a midfielder on loan for the rest of the season?

We have Howard and McPhail - fine - but what happens if they're injured/suspended like Howard is on Saturday?

I don't believe we have anyone who can feel that gap in what is one of the most crucial parts of the pitch - lose the central midfield battle and yer fecked.

I couldn't agree more. If we lose the current pair then it's Wroe Kay or Reid. I hope we don't rue not getting a loan signing in as we really can do it this year !!!!

What happens if McPhail gets injuried tonight or during the Swansea game? We've got to bring in a central midfield player in before the weekend. Its a Must!

Reid and McPhail for Saturday? (I forgot about Howards supension, makes Burns move alittle more painful)

No, but if Scarborough didn't want him you have to wonder if he's fit enough?

McPhails just a yellow away from a ban too...

Burns gave us that stability in the middle of the park. Its going to be a very unsettled central midfield pairing for the run in.

    what about............

someone from the Championship-surely the Burns money could go towards a one off breaking of the current wage structure-so long as it was made clear if it became permanent next year it would have to be in line with whatever is the norm then-we seem to have done a deal with Colin over Nix-any of the Blunts midfielders available ??

Just played for Australia v Bahrain.

He has half a chance of making World Cup squad.

Our old friend Mr Burns has precisely zero. Not only does he look like a Tibetan monk, he is also seriously deluded.
