    I knew it wouldn't be much before they only signed him on 18 month contract, I thought it would be more than that though!

    It's purely speculation and I seriously hope that they are some way from the real figure because £50,000 is a joke and would confirm our mug status in the transfer market if true.

    If we have sold him for just £50,000 (and it is an if) something is wrong somewhere
    He is a proven Championship striker
    I thought our model was now to be to survive by selling players on - if we can only get £50000 for someone of his calibre that looks like it wont work

    just hoping that someone missed a zero of when typig that - though I would be surprised if we had got that - I was expecting something in the region of 250K
