Surely we'd actually lose a TV game rather than gain one..

...if we got through to the 4th round? Can't see the game v either Tamworth or Stoke being shown live and we'd have to postpone the Forest league game, which would mean that we'd miss out on that being televised??</p>

You really don't think that a non-league club in the 4th round of the FA cup would be televised?

I do. If its Stoke, then no, but its a winnable game, similar to the Preston one in the Carling Cup, and if we can win it, 5th round of the FA Cup, money, which is so important to us.

    i agree..

i'd show it - big chance of an upset. non league teams get a lot of coverage, esp in 4th round, its what the fa cups all about.

    I agree.

If they beat Stoke they'd be big favourites for a Live game on SKY/BBC, its what the FA Cups all about and they'd be the shock team of the round. Hull vs Aston Villa made the BBC. Not exactly what i'd have picked from some of the other fixtures played on Saturday, so who knows.

Don't know about their obligations, but they usually reschedule it when it is played.

I seem to remember several matches being shown towards the end of last season, a few because they had been re-arranged.
