Who gave them the money? I presume it was the Welsh FA?

shouldn't need to move...

their are welsh teams in english leagues. (swansea/cardiff/wrexham)
theirs an english team in scotish league. (arbroath (i think))
anyone can enter the FA Cup (or is this just wales and england)

so doesn't this mean that we should be able to enter the welsh FAC?

or is it a case of individual rules for each competition....

maybe, the welsh FA "protect" their teams so they can then go onto enter europe etc...
