If indeed Paul Lambert leaves Norwich with Villa Then I would imagine Poyet would be on their managerial shortlist, too.
Re: If indeed Paul Lambert leaves Norwich with Villa Why is Poyet forvever linked with top jobs, well premiership ones?
He built a an impressive reputation within the industry As a coach and then has had success in his first managerial position.
Re: If indeed Paul Lambert leaves Norwich with Villa But Brighton are massive aren't they? no one would ever think of coming in for one of their lot. They've got a brand new stadium with cushioned seats and Chris Eubank driving his truck around town, if your lucky on a night out you could get a glimpse of Jordan's funbags, why would anyone want to leave Brighton? ******* hell, they don't disappoint..... http://www.northstandchat.com/showthread.php?244672-Gus-favourite-for-Swansea-job
Re: He built a an impressive reputation within the industry bit like Lee Clark in my opinion, managed a club on a big budget but not actually achieved anything of significance
What large transfer fees were spent When Brighton were in Division 1? I know they splashed the cash a bit last Summer once they'd won promotion, but I wasn't aware they'd done it to any great extent beforehand. It appears he's highly rated, though, within the game, irrespective of what other people may think. But then again, so were the likes of Dowie & Spackman!
The bumders of Brighton won't be happy. How could he leave such a massive club who are obviously going to be one of the top 4 in the country within 2 years?
Re: Mustafa Kemal I never knew Brighton fans were such bell ends until recently, until how they were with us when we had a bid for Greer, their sense of entitlement is unbelievable after being in this division for one season! One of my favourite comments on that board is that Swansea are "A division higher, but Brighton has far bigger potential." lol. Hope he goes and they p*ss off back down the football ladder where they came from.
Re: Mustafa Kemal Betting suspended with most bookies after big sums have gone on Graeme Jones. He's no managerial experience so it would be a huge risk if they give him the job just because he's been there before as a number 2. I'd be straight on Swansea for relegation if he gets it.
