    The actual occurence of peodo's in the general population as a proportion is higher then amongst priests. Same goes for teachers and police officers, so the evidence points to the contrary. But I do think they should be allowed to marry, why should they miss out on this important piece of human suffering!!??

    Evidence from who - I doubt schools and the police force would move people around if they'd been accused of sexual crimes. Catholic Church tends to move them onto another parish

    Evidence from the only major study done into it, showed that amongst priests the occurrence of paedophilia was about 1%, among the general population somewhere between 3 and 6%. But don't let the facts get in the way of the idea that the church is full of paedos.
