    Just seen this - looks like Kent police are trying to fleece Gillingham with excessive costs and so if they dont agree a solution the game will have to be played behind closed doors

    Just hope no one from South Yorks finest picks up on this idea or we wont be able to watch the Leeds and Washday games next season thats for sure

    Pretty disgusting really, the cops look like they are trying to blackmail the Gills.

    I haven't seen any real bother at a football match for many years, even with WHU and Leeds fans about.

    I know it still goes on, but 99% of the time it is peaceful and the cops just hang around and make treat every fan as a criminal.

    Just leave it to the stewards.

    They interviewed the Stockport chairman on the radio the other day. The police were wanting to charge him for policing trouble between two sets of fans who were passing through Stockport station on the way to completely different games.
