Got a West Ham United striker on loan - Petr Mikolanda or summat. No doubt he'll score Setdi.
How can Swindon get one whilst bottom of league and Barnsley in 6th can't get f*** all.

TBH, i don't care where they are from as long as they are better than Hayes or Richards, which can't be difficult.

or maybe nobody wants to send out players

when we have no coaches to coach them. I know that if I had a developing youngster playing for me that i'd be looking to send him out to a team who could train him and nurture (cant spell) him properly. I wouldnt send him out to a team where manchester united say the setup is amateurish and where the coaches are pretty much all just physios.

i would guess it is cost cutting

but i really have no idea as the club doesnt seem to like giving out information to its stakeholders.

    Ritchie's a youth coach..

So I was clearly hallucinating that he managed Oldham for years.

I dont think you imagined that

but you did miss out that after leaving oldham he became a youth coach and that is how he came to be a BFC employee

Thats not true at all. If you are talking about Tarmey, he was a Coach who the physio. When Barnsley FC employed him that took him on as coach, it was Danny Wilson who asked hin to cover as physio we he had to get rid of the previous physio.

    True..

But he's not a "youth coach" is he? He's been a manager at 2 clubs now.

While I'm at it, I'll add that he's the best manager we've had in years.

And since its fair to assume we're looking for a striker, why wouldn't clubs want to send their strikers to work under a striker thats as good as Andy Ritchie was?

    maybe because

chelsea have that much money and so many high quality players that their youth players arent as important to them as to other clubs?

Or because he wasnt fit and the best place to get fit is at a club full of physios?
