Did anyone else notice when they had a corner,we left three forwards up on the halfway line. For Southamptons goal the remaining barnsley players were all in the penalty area, leaving a big gap between the halfway line and our area. The ball was put back into the area unchallenged.OK to be attack minded at home, but i cant remember us trying to get the ball up to the forwards early at anytime.

Basic football requirement is to have someone in the hole between the 18 yrd and 25 yds out... at corners if you dont, it becomes a uncontested free kick to them BASIC under 10s football.

If we had goalkeepers that catch the ball you might have a chance... but so many times the ball is ether punched or headed into that area...BASICS.

we laughed at our positioning for our attacking set pieces, they left a man upfront so we put two men back (well one and half - Manure was one of them), and then when they sent all their men back to defend, we only go and leave 3 back!!!!
