Presumably I could offer 50p for the club and ground and be told to **** off. That would still constitute an enquiry. Is that the sort of thing you mean?
It must be from someone who can be taken seriously but an enquiry is only very preliminary. It's not an offer for example. The same person may be looking at 15 other clubs for all we know. So dont hold your breath if you are expecting a deal being done.
