It is clear that Davey has not got a prayer with the fans. As many as you have commented today he is damned if he does, and he is damned if he doesn't. We are away from home drawing against a team who nave been playing very well recently . They even have one defender who is valued more than our entire squad. We take an early lead then go behind but fight back to a draw then go down to a dodgy goal and then, on top of that, go down to 10 men and we are complaing because we lost. Davey is criticised for being sent off even though many have criticized him for not appearing to care. He inherited a very poor squad yet is expected to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Maybe he should resign because I really think he does not have chance with some no matter what.
We were close to having a decent team, it all went South after the Chairmans outbursts following the loss at Hillsboro.
What I dont get is that Davey has all the coaching badges , yet the players look like they have never played football before.
We have 1 maybe 2 players who are comfortable with the ball.
Getting sent off doesnt show that you have passion , it shows that you are obviously under pressure and dont know how to handle the situation.

i reckon that coaching badges mean f.cuk all when it comes to managing people coaching , yes fine - managing - no. he can blame nards all he likes as he probably will but nardiello losing his head has everything to do with daveys man management
RE: he has managed to destroy a team, a unit Spare us the dewy-eyed harks back to the Ritchie era. The rot set in long before Davey was appointed.
I was, to say the least disappointed at Davey's appointment and am not confident he can turn it around. But to suggest we were a cohesive unit before Davey is stretching it more than a bit.

**** OFF DONT QUOTE **** LIKE THAT I BEEN WATCHIN US HOME AND AWAY SINCE I WAS 5 (1980) AND IVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS **** . WE GET SOLD DOWN THE RIVER BY OUR SO CALLED BOARD EVERY TIME , I AINT BEEN SINCE WEDNESDAY AT HOME AND WONT GO AGAIN TILL WE ARE TREATED LIKE PROPER FANS , THAT PAY TOO MUCH HARD EARNED MONEY AND WATCHING THIS INEPT ****,
Agreed, the turning pount was the Wednesday game, Performances plummeted after that , the club should have sacked him there and then instead of letting things drift on.
Still it gives the club an excuse at the end of the season if we dont survive.

Did it? Because we have a highly rated centre half, a highly rated midfielder - and neither from lower league sides - and two international strikers signed in the last fortnight.
Exactly the types of signing everyone (me included) were crying out for before the start of the season.
If the rest of them are as good as most (me included again) on here think, we should turn it around.

Bit late now though if we'd got those players when we should have we wouldn't be having this debate.
The club has had a wonderful opportunity given to it and has completely blown it.
