I'm not sure I was at the same match as some people yesterday.

Up to press, Colgan has got 43% of the goalkeeping vote to be in the team for tuesday and is in fourth place for MOTM with 9% of the vote. I'm astounded!!! the guy appears to be suffering from the jitters and the defence don't have any faith in him. Whats up? are we paying him too much not to be playing him??

last week no one wanted him in the team, this week after a less than convincing performance (in my opinion) 43% of the voters want him.

But thats what the polls all about...

Trying to guess what team Ritchie fields on tuesday night.

You created the poll? and it does state...
" We got 8 out of 11 last week, lets see if we can beat that "

So selecting Colgan in your poll is the right decision, seen at hes most likely to start.

You're right, for better or worse Ritchie has made his choice and he'll stick with it.

But surely the purpose of the poll is not to try and guess what the manager will do, but to express our own preferred choices.

I agree.

I still picked Flinders. But reading the Poll question it basically states we got 8 out of 11 last week and should try see if we can beat that.

So selecting Flinders in the poll isnt a good start to have a chance of beating saturdays 8 of 11.

perhaps I didn't phrase the question properly.

What I meant is, what do our combined votes think the best team is and lets compare it against Rithies to see if his opinion is the same as ours.

Well I think it's a case of you don't change a winning team and you don't drop a keeper when he's kept a clean sheet and saved a penalty, if a manager does that it's a sure fire way to destroy confidence in a player and lose respect from the players.
Part of the problem with Hart IMO
