That's evasion Dirk Avoidence is within the law. Whether you consider the law to be correct is a different issue. To me any law that allows £2b in dividends to Philip Green's wife tax free as she's non resident has to be reviewed. The government is bringing in new tax laws on 'income shifting' which will affect the small family business, but my reading of it suggests that Mr Green is unlikely to be caught.... hmmmm...
Point being though There's a lot of Wolfie Smiths on here, who I trust have always paid all their dues.</p>
