It's a tough one. I know OC is probably beyond us but we need some one who can perform at this level and probably before we spend another penny on players. KH could have Becks in the team and we would still keep losing. Organisation, spotting where you are weak and having a plan are whats needed now and we dont have that. KH is not a bad manager just not good enough yet at this level and if we dont issue the P45 his learning will be done at the expense of BFC's championship future We still have half a season and I recall Palace being at the bottom and getting promoted in half a season, not suggesting we can do that but what I mean is there are enough points to play for to stay safe namely 66 if I am correct. We need less than half so still enough time if we get it sorted. BT
All down to money I'm afraid, if we had the money to get rid of Hill he'd have been given it to strengthen the team. Something needs to change but at the end of the day the players win the games not the manager
