    Anyone stuck for a place to park, slurp, watch tomorrow? The Golden ****, Farnley Tyas has a beer festival open from 12, plenty of parking either on site, or overflow in a field towards the route, and 10 mins walk to see the race. Probably a lot easier and less busy than Langsett, and more to the point helps me line my pockets for when I take over as your new Chairman when I buy Patrick out. Could be waiting a while for that one, but the TDF info is coshe!

    Pub is only 25/30 mins from most parts of Barnsley, less for some.
