Teachers being armed in America

So their solution to all the school massacre's, is to make guns more accessable in schools. Everyone from the head to the janitor is entitled to arm themselves apparently.

Am I missing the point or is this just another disaster waiting to happen?

i know some people will justify American people having guns, but surely the only solution is to remove the problem? It's like thinking you've found the cure to a major illness and in order to test if you have, infecting thousands of people to try the cure on them, only to find you've made it worse and people turn into werewolfs or something.
