If Williams is ok to start then that would be mine too with nyatanga in at lb, wasn't at Chesterfield game but smith has looked very poor in the last 2. Not a fan of his anyway but hope he proves me wrong.

Winnall needs more help because he's not had a good start to the season yet. Hourihane i'm not sure how match fit he is to start yet. Even more so for R Williams when he's not had even a sub appearance yet. JOS isn't our player.

I'd rest Winnall as he doesn't look 100% fit.

    Has JOS signed then? ;)

We don't really have any alternative to Winnall after a summer of non forward recruitment.

I'm unable to pick one I'm happy with from the squad we've got.

Not sure what Crowley's best position is, but he didn't look like a winger/wide midfield player on Setdi. Neither did Watkins come to that. Still think Hourihane is our most likely to score or create a goal and he's better with two central midfield players covering him. So that's 4-4-2 ruled out.

None of our forwards look like they can play up top on their own, so I'm not happy with 4-5-1.

Neither Bree nor Smith look comfortable at wing back yet. Hardly surprising with them being so young and it being such a tough position to play. So 5-3-2 doesn't look right.

We look weak in certain areas whichever formation we play.

4-2-2-2 could work? doesn't really use width but it would allow both Crowley and Hourihane to play

    Bree Mawson Roberts Nyatanga
    Scowen Pearson
    Watkins Crowley Williams
    Winnall

    4-2-3-1 turning into a 4-5-1 defensively.

We better be quick if we want JOS as he will sign for Oldham as soon as David Dunn takes over as their manager. Which is inevitable.

I think Nyatanga is nor fast enough to play LB, and looked poor last season in that position.

    -------------Davies-----------
    Bree--Roberts--Mawson--Nyatanga
    -------Pearson--Scowen-----------
    Williams--Hourihane--Crowley
    -----------Winnall---------------

    Subs
    Townsend
    Wabara
    Smith
    Digby
    Rothwell
    Watkins
    Wilkinson

If we get O'sullivan in I would drop Williams to the bench as I'm not sure he's ready to start yet anyway.

Cant help but think Ibehre would have been a very useful addition for us.

Same staring eleven as Setdi, or maybe Hurricane in for Rothwell and change after an hour.
