I'd go 442. Nothing in their team worries me and think (unlike most of our recent games) we can get away with a 4 man midfield. I just don't think he has been as good in the last couple and we should go down to County looking to dominate possession, which Bailey will do better. We can afford to lose Pearson's energy in this one.
Agree Pearson has been out of sorts recently but I think he's struggling to shake off an illness. I personally would play him though. Bailey doesn't do as much as Pearson into eyes. I would love Barnsley to play a 4-4-2 every week and would hope both Winnall and either Jabo or Waring are starting
