I agree. Personally I would breech the "full available strength" rule even if it costs us the £5k fine.
Not sure Cowgill is fully fit. But I certainly would play the fringe players, subs, and U21s. I would play Rothwell more than Watkins on Tues to rest him and finally see if we can get the right performance from him and Wilkinson.
The problem yesterday was what Johnson said about the extra touch. We went behind and each individual thought they were going to save the day by beating three men and scoring a worldly. They just stopped playing as a team and we're taking it in turns to have a run at em. Stupid things like taking a free kick with one of there players a yard in front of the ball to one of our players who was a yard behind only for the opposition player to take the ball and off he went.
Play to win every game Bristol City didn't suffer too much for their trip to Wembley. We don't have any 'superstars' to rest. Our squad consists of players paid to be fit and available. Get on a run of winning games and the confidence will flow. Start fancying around and get another 3/4 goal hammering and confidence will be shot.
