Remember the phrase " we win as a team, we lose as a team". The Hillcroft theory is a little different, i dont know if i would get pi55ed of if i was in the dressing room and individuals were having to take the flack. ie "one of our players not accepting his responsibility - tracking runners". Individuals always seems to be taking the blame. Football is a team game and the manager is responsible for that team and if we lose we lose as a team.
of cause its a team game,but if an individual player is not doing his job it has to be addressed,and its up to the manager and captain to sort that player out....
