We have people here wanting a striker on loan. Personally I think a full back or 2 is the priority. Hassell and Kay are our best 2 centre halves. I was a fan of Reidy but he's proved nothing to me this season. The goals we are conceding seem to me to be coming from the flanks where we are poor. Our full backs are getting skinned too easily. If we can cut out the supply with a couple of good full-backs I think we'll concede less. But why do we need a striker? I know we aren't scoring goals but Nardiello hasn't even made the starting XI this season. Until he comes back and shows us what he can do, we cant really contemplate bringing a Mr Average-Striker in, unless someone good crops up there is no point. But on Saturday, IMO, Ritchie simply HAS to start Nardi and Rico. I'd even be tempted not to put Hayes on the bench and have Nathan Joynes in his place.
what I don't really understand is............. the team v Swansea
Colgan
Hassell Reid Kay Heckingbottom
Hayes ,McPhail ,Howard ,Devaney
Richards ,Nardiello
was deemed good enough to win our biggest game for 5 years
Togwell for McPhail and MacIndoe for Devaney and I'd start with the same eleven
Devaney Austin Wright Healey Letheren as subs
