Would love to see Proschwitz link up at the side of O'Grady. But is a centre midfield of Dawson and O'Brien strong enough or do we need a 3rd body in there?

I think we need a defensive midfielder if we're playing with 2 up front. I'd go 4-1-3-2. Dawson in front of the back 4, and Mellis in the middle.

Ah, dropping Mellis to the bench, to play 4-4-2. Not sure how many games Proskwich has had recently, just think Danny will go with the same team and formation as the last home game.

A central midfield with o brien and Dawson without Mellis or Lawrence to create anything would I suspect be a dark return to of the toilers. I can see the same team starting as in the last match.

Think Mellis has to be in there. Not his greatest fan at times but has the potential to create things. Wouldn't want to drop JOB or Jennings after the last game (even though Blackpool were gash!!!) as they both had good games. Would even go as far as to keep Kennedy in the side. Had his best game this season against Blackpool.

I'd go with the same side that played in the Blackburn game. I've got a feeling Danny might start Lawrence instead of either O'Brien or Mellis

I reckon the same team that played against Blackpool, with Proskwich coming on if needed.

I think it'll be the same starting line up as against Blackpool, but what do I know? We'll certainly have a stronger looking bench to change things round, if necessary, with the likes of Lawrence, Proschwitz &, possibly, Hassell (if he's recovered from injury). There's no doubt Blackburn will provide sterner opposition than Blackpool, but I feel our players will rise to the occasion.

I think same starting XI too. Speaking to Lawrence on Friday, he's still not 90 minute match fit

His experience (whilst he gets his fitness levels up) could prove valuable when seeing games out. Something we've lacked for some time.

Agreed. Big asset to bring on, and expect him to move up to starting XI eventually

Would like to see a 4-4-2 against Blackburn.

Reckon if we have a bit of luck and we play well, we'll win even though I do believe it will be a draw.

    Steele

    McLaughlin
    Ramage
    Cranie
    Nyatanga

    Cywka
    Dawson
    Mellis
    Jennings

    Proschwitz
    O'Grady

I'd like to see the same XI selected.

If Bobby was fit I'd be tempted to give him a go instead of Dawson, to look after David Dunn. But he's not, and Daws did well last time out so I've no problem with him continuing to start. Our bench now looks full of game changers. I like that.

    Probable Blackburn lineup:

    ................Eastwood
    Henley Killgallon Hanley Spurr
    Marshall Cairney Lowe Taylor
    .........Gestede Rhodes

Only failed to score in 3 of their 13 away Championship matches this season, Rhodes in particular seems to like scoring against us we'll probably need to score at least twice again to win this
