Tough one I'd start Norwood as I imagine he will be fired for the visit of Ipswich. And Cole as he is top scorer, but if duff picks tedic instead of either i can see why after 2 goals v Oxford.
I personally don't think you can drop Tedic after Saturday. 2 very well taken goals and could potentially have had a hattrick on another day. I also think those whipped balls into the box could be a feature of our play tomorrow, and they suit Tedic and Norwood better than Cole.
