This is gonna be one tough game! we have injuries to key player; Muller, De Silva, Howard, Nardiello and Devaney all appear to be out of the running for Wednesday. Should SD call on the youngsters, re-call loanee's (Mostto, Atkinson, Heslop, Meynall) or eat humble pie and play one of the forgotten men; Johnson, Christensen, Mattis or Ricketts (if he hasn't already left)?????? Personally I would go 4-1-4-1 as follows: Steele Foster, Nyatanga, Souza, Kozluk Hassell Coulson, Leon, Togwell, JCR Macken, Subs: Christensen, Odejayi, Van Homeot, Johnson, Butterfield, Apart from the unbelievable miss from KO yesterday he worked hard and created chances. Stan is out of form and Kim Christensen deserves his chance. I would also look at recalling likes of Simon Helsop and Rhys Meynall. Both are good prospects and are getting rave reviews on loan spells.

You think Odejayi'll be in a frame of mind to play? I don't. & Devaney's injured. Personally, I don't have a clue who I'd play in midfield. I'd like to see Leon in the centre but then I'm unsure who I'd play wide. Maybe would have to be JCR & Coulson but I'd be starting Coulson upfront with Macken. Which would probably mean Togwell or Butterfield playing wide in midfield. My back 4 would have Foster at rb and Nyatanga & Souza at cb but Davey seems insistent on playing Nyatanga out of position. I was actually confident we'd get a point at Watford, but I'm not now. Lets just hope Sheff Utd win tomorrow.

What choice do we have with Devaney, De Silva, Howard all out! plus Leon already in the XI that leaves choice of Mattis, Johnson or youths? I would opt for Johnson personally but can't see SD picking him.
