<span style="FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">I find it hard to understand some of Ritchies decisions, he stated at the beginning of the season that he was going to go for mobile quick forwards, ie Hayes and Nardiello, yet he has hardly ever started them as a pair not giving them much chance to form a partnership. He then puts Hayes with Conlon a player who is well terrible, a player who is slowly dragging down Hayes with him. </span></p> <span style="FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">The back four dosent know who`s going to play where, he has RB at Lb and Lb in midfield. The lads need to be settled. </span></p> <span style="FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">I do think he`s missing his best 2 players in McPhail and Howard ones who can turn a game.
